“Purchased a Halloween costume that ended up not fitting my daughter. Went to return it. They said they can’t accept Halloween costumes. I was never advised, doesn’t say it on the receipt. They said they have signs around and couldn’t show me any sign. Horrible customer service. If I was advised of this during the transaction as they do when you buy damaged discounted goods I would not have purchased it. My daughter is 18months and hard to size. Very disappointed.”
