“Initial installation was OK eventually after several remedial visits back in 2015 but customer service is now washing their hands after one of my sealed-units failed after 6 years. I have over 34 windows and doors from them so am now worried. Industry standard is 10-year guarantee but lack of paperwork or putting anything in writing means if things go wrong be prepared to be on your own!”
“Spent a lot of money with Home Hub Group on large windows, upstairs and downstairs, in my new house. The upstairs windows leak and, 3 months later, following a few half-hearted attempts to fix the problem, they still leak and are doing damage to carpets, floorboards etc. Home Hub barely seem bothered about this. I am astonished - I kind of take it as a given that windows keep out the rain. Home Hub seem to see it differently.”
