“Homerr decided not to deliver to the pick-up point that was paid for and have instead delivered it to a random place on the opposite side of the city 30 minutes away. If you have any other option than homerr then use it. Reading other reviews they will no doubt reply with "due to unforeseen circumstances" yet the parcel point was open so what is unforeseen? The delivery location was open, you had the parcel, you were in the city, what possible unforeseen circumstance means you can't deliver parcels to the correct address as a delivery company?
After traveling across the city to pick up the parcel the location was closed anyway even though it says it's open. This service is ridiculous. They have no method to get your parcels to the correct location and offer no compensation for it. Their only solution is return to sender.”
