“ Reading other reviews they will no doubt reply with "due to unforeseen circumstances" yet the parcel point was open so what is unforeseen? The delivery location was open, you had the parcel, you were in the city, what possible unforeseen circumstance means you can't deliver parcels to the correct address as a delivery company? After traveling across the city to pick up the parcel the location was closed anyway even though it says it's open. ”
