“Ich finde es unprofessionell, wenn Sie eine Unterkunft anbieten, bei einer Buchungsanfrage eine Anzahlung verlangen und nach der Buchungsbestätigung mitteilen, dass die Unterkunft nun doch nicht verfügbar ist. Dass Sie die Anzahlung rücküberweisen finde ich selbstverständlich.”
