“the worst home warranty and contractors you want to deal with if I could give it a 0 I will, I file a water heater claim which cost $75 per claim and the contractor they assign wanted to charge me $535 and when they finally show up at my house all they did just took pictures and put all kinds of excuses to do the job, Vegas temperatures are 115 to 117 degrees in summer time and in one week that I waited for Ideal Services to come and do the job the water heater was leaking badly I had to turn off the water to my house at the main water meter valve, I contacted both home warranty of America and Ideal Services many times and nothing was getting done so I took care of all the repairs on my own in one day, I went to home depot and bought everything I needed and finish the job, now HOME WARRANTY OF AMERICA don't want to pay me back all of the money I spend on a new water heater and hoses and gas line, I'm cancelling my contract as of today with HOME WARRANTY OF AMERICA AND WILL RECOMEND ANYBODY NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS CORP.”
