“Last week I had a delivered scheduled with several items like a mattress, head board, bar stools, kitchen table and chairs and the box spring. The driver called and had only the bar stools on the load. I was disappointed so I called the Jon the Salesman that I was working with and he made it right by delivering all the other items with his own personal truck! That is customer service at its best!
