“Scammers - I had £50 worth of monthly stolen from this excuse of a company. I built up a subscription paying £10 into my account each month for 5 months with them - then they refused to return it when they went into administration. Was asked to complete a form for refund, did this and then their response emails back and forth just had me run in circles until administrators just ghosted me. How is this legal?”
“Absolutely useless customer service, virtually impossible to contact. They don’t answer emails, their online chat service doesn’t work and they don’t answer the phone. Avoid at all costs, they are horrendous, they keep taking your money and fail to deliver. It’s a con, don’t subscribe please.”
“DISHONEST BREW. Bought some beer for my brother-in-law which was great. BUT tried to cancel my subscription three months ago and I'm still being charged each month. Have sent multiple emails, have been through the process of cancelling membership twice now - and yet the money keeps coming out of my account. Be very careful buying anything from these guys, you'll be scammed if you every try to cancel!”
“After receiving several boxes I was a little disappointed by some of the beers and felt they were often substandard. The final straw was when they rewarded me with a ‘free’ loyalty gift (beer glass) and charged an undisclosed fee of £5 for delivery!!!”
