Made an order and paid $15 for 2 day delivery. Got my order 4 days later. Sent email about a refund. Got an email back that said “no problem “. Never got my refund and have called several times to talk to him about it. Good honey but very poor customer service. Will not be doing business with them again.

I haven't been able to review the taste of the honey because when I got the honey it was contaminated and the container was broken it was delivered in a plastic bag with honey leaking so I cannot honestly say what it's like I have not gotten refund or a replacement. I have contacted the company to no avail not happy with their customer service.

this company is a joke!!!! received broken jars, honey oozing out the box.
they would not replace or refund... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they are obviously more in the business of screwing people over than selling their honey, its probly store bought, put in different jar, slap a label on it.
