“Wonderful company to deal with. Very professional but with personal touches such as keeping the same adviser throughout your booking through to your holiday . We were given the best prices and little extras that made a difference. Suffice to say, Horizon Direct will be my first port of call for any future holidays I want!”

“This is the first time I have used this company and I can honestly say it is the best experience of booking a holiday I have ever encountered. From the very first phone call with Andrew to the last, I felt valued and appreciated. It was his attention to detail that made a difference to our booking. We chose to use their recommended insurance and all it took was a quick phone call from Peter and it was sorted. Unfortunately we had to use the insurance whilst on holiday and with a quick message to Horizon, they advised which telephone number to use we contacted the insurance direct from Egypt. The insurance claim was sorted in 6 minutes flat. Our family, like so many 1000's of others had a holiday booked to go to Sharm el Sheikh but unfortunately the FCO cancelled all flights. We have heard so many horror stories about people not being contacted by their booking agents, finding it difficult to changed the destination and also waiting a long time for any refunds due. Not for us, we were contacted earlier than expected, a new destination found in Hurghada and a refund of the difference sorted in one evening. They were under so much pressure but not once did their customer service waiver. So, thank you Horizon Holidays, you are stuck with us now!”

“I touched base with Andrew who made me feel comfortable with the whole process of looking and booking a Holiday. He acted with true professionalism and was a pleasure to work with. I have recommended him to many others who have also booked Holidays through him. I tried to book another Holiday with Andrew but through some glitch or another this never came off. I ended up have to you a local Travel Agent and the service has been nothing near as good.”

“Excellent professional service. Nothing is too much trouble and when I queeried a resort they weren't sure of they checked it out with a colleague for me. Great prices and sorted every last detail . Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Booking with Andrew is quick, efficient and painless just wait you need when booking up the most important weeks of the year. Always get a good price and love that all the paperwork arrives through you door in a lovely folder so no need to start sorting out what you need to take.”

“I have enjoyed my experience of booking my two holidays through Peter and Andrew we have had great banter together over the telephone. Both of them cannot do enough for you and will always get back to you. If I could book a holiday every six months they would get my vote so friendly and efficient. Nothing is to big or to small for example family holiday of 18 people to Florida or two people. They go above and beyond. I just want to say what an experience excellent service. Many thanks again Mrs Plummer.”
