“Booked playoff tickets a week before game. Communications from Simon and Dane were prompt and came through with the tickets as promised via Special Delivery. Would use again”

“Huge thank you to Simon and the team at Hospitality Centre for getting us wonderful seats at the League One Playoff Final at Wembley. I had left everything rather last minute (a bit like Charlton!) but Simon sorted everything so our trip was perfect. Highly recommended.”

“My experience with Hospitality Centre was absolutely top class - from start to finish way ahead of every other organisation I reached out to. I'd called about 8 agencies before Hospitality Centre and they all either let the phone ring out, didn't reply to emails, didn't phone back, lied about having tickets when they didn't (or only had away end tickets) or quoted insane 3x ticket face prices to "guarantee" the ticket. I called up Hospitality Centre and got through pretty much straight away to someone who could help me - no answering machine or "we'll call you back". Dane who arranged the Club Wembley tickets for me was brilliant from the first moment - he was honest and set realistic expectations that the tickets we were after would be tough to source but not impossible and that there was a waiting list. I was expecting him to suggest a price with a hefty markup but it was much lower than anyone else. Shortly afterwards we got the call that the 3 tickets were available and Dane described the process for purchase. After my group messed around for a bit Dane was very understanding and gave me his direct mobile number and we conversed until I had confirmation and I confirmed that we were definitely going to buy them. We were sent an online e-signature form which was painless to do - no messing around with faxing, printing, scanning etc. Dane then confirmed by email that the tickets were confirmed and that a colleague would send the payment details in the next day or so. All very straightforward - I was sent a Paypal link which I paid promptly. We received an email saying that they were going to send e-tickets so that we had the tickets as soon as possible. A day or so later we received the e-tickets along with a supporting document for Club Wembley. On game day we arrived and took our seats and they were in a fantastic position. Absolutely delighted. I was so impressed with Hospitality Centre that I offered to write this review - they didn't ask. They're absolutely the best out there no comparison.”

“Our initial ticket request was dealt with very promptly, and we received our e-tickets a few days prior to the event. All handled very efficiently by the Hospitality Centre team, and we were kept informed of the process all the way through. Club Wembley experience on the day was superb. Very attentive staff, great facilities. A great day out.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending the Hospitality Centre. I was in contact originally last year to book VIP Take That tickets at Manchester Arena for early May 2019. We had an amazing time. A special mention of thanks to Lilie who was superb with her prompt and helpful communication/advice. Lilie organised a special fast delivery of my tickets as i was leaving a few days before to travel to Manchester. I must have contacted her several times as i had spent a significant amount of money and had not booked before. Lilie always remembered me and always extremely prompt with her reassuring emails. The only thing i would say is that having VIP tickets we did experience a certain lack of information and direction to the VIP entrance . The security staff appeared to have not recognised our VIP tickets. But this was sorted quite quickly. Overall excellent service.”

“We attended the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley to watch Watford dominate the Wolves! The service we received from the Hospitality Centre was second to none. Despite my numerous calls and emails to Dane Eaton, he sorted everything out for me. We were a bit nervous to begin with having never used Hospitality Centres services before..... we thoroughly enjoyed the day, top notch hospitality with a favourable result, we would definitely book in the same way again.”

“My daughter and I attended the FA Cup Semifinal at Wembley. The Hospitality Centre booked our tickets on the Club Wembley level. The hospitality experience was so much fun and the seats were amazing. An unforgettable day for two long time soccer fans. I had such trepidation booking the tickets online, but Simon was very responsive to every question and the process was smooth and easy. I would definitely book through them again.”

“This was the first time that I had booked an hospitality event through a company such as Hospitality Centre. As such I was apprehensive that things would not work out as I wanted and/or I might be subject to a scam. Everything worked out fantastically, E tickets arrived in good time and the event itself was very memorable. Given my nervousness, I did communicate a few times during the process by email and text with the team and they replied very promptly which gave me the reassurance that I needed. I would certainly use Hospitality Centre again and recommend to friends and family.”

“It was a pleasure dealing with Rachael, very helpful and attentive. the event was brilliant quality service all round. one thing that I misunderstood was I had the impression that we would be on our own table it turned out we were on a table with other HC customers and not our own private table. this was not a problem just an observation. for future clarification would be nice. would book with HC again thank you”
