“I bought concert tickets from Dane at Hospitality Centre and he did his utmost to find the best tickets possible. Everything went like clockwork and the tickets were waiting at our hotel upon arrival. Great and personal service, will definately use their services again.”

“Best seats in the house! Thank you Hospitality Centre for making it an amazing night. Your service is excellent and the upgrade was unforgettable! Buffet style food, an all inclusive bar and dancing to the Spice Girls, it really couldn't get much better. Thank you for the memories - I'll definitely be booking through your company again!”

“We had a wonderful day at Hyde Park! The venue was great with a good choice of food outlets. The bar was well staffed with friendly people, however wine choice was restricted.Barbara was brilliant, our standing area was literally 3m away from her and the other acts. Great day out!!”

“I had the time of my life at the Spice Girls and it was a total childhood dream come true!! Made even better by getting our tickets upgraded after a slight hiccup with delivery (completely my fault, I forgot to change my delivery address and no one was there to sign for them). As I had paid a lot for the tickets and it being the day before the concert, I was understandably a bit panicky that I might not make the concert, however, after a quick phone call, the stress was taken away and I was completely reassured I was going to be there! The upgrade was also the best ever and meant we got food and drink included, plus access to the after party to continue the dancing! Huge thanks again for the upgrade and making it a night my sister and I will never forget!”

“Cannot recommend highly enough! This event was booked almost 8 months in advance, no issues with payment, any and all questions answered promptly and efficiently throughout (even if they were posed awkwardly by myself- I wanted everything perfect for my partner) Event instruction was perfect and as advertised, well received and enjoyed by my partner and I look forward to booking another event in the near future Paul”

“We booked to see Billy Joel with Naomi, her approach to the sale and after sale service was excellent, Naomi was contactable at all times even out of hours. The venue, staff and food were fantastic. The whole experience from start to finish was so good I immediately booked the following morning for Elton John with the same package.”

“I wanted to say a huge thank you to George and Martin for sorting the tickets for me. There was a bit of a tricky start as I booked the Dreams package tickets for Fleetwood Mac then it turned out there were none left, but then Martin and George managed to find some Go Your Own Way tickets. The seats and concert was amazing and my whole family throughly enjoyed it.”

“What a fantastic experience from booking the tickets with Naomi who was a star in her own right, her advice and help was second to none. She promised us excellent seats and that’s what we got. Front row for Sir Rod @ Molineux Stadium. The VIP pack was excellent too with genuine Rod memorabilia. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking with Hospitality Centre again. Thank you for a fantastic evening. “Right from the start of engaging with Simon the service was five star, all my requirements and needs were met without any trouble. My enquiry regarding VIP seats at the play of final was met with VIP treatment and help, nothing seemed to be any trouble and to top it all off my seats felt like the best in the stadium. Thanks for making the day special.”

“Thank you so, so much Hospitality team! I feel so grateful and so lucky to have been able to get tickets through you guys. You made something which I didn't think was possible a reality. Everything about it was perfect, from the comfy chairs, to the incredible front row seats (couldn't believe it, row 1! We could even see back stage!) to the clean, nice toilets (but they're a bit hard to flush) to the cupholders, to everything else! Thank you for the banners and thank you for an amazing night that was so easy to book by a super reliable team!! The only things worth noting: Nobody at Wembley seemed to really know where we had to go. We asked quite a few people and they all told us different things and we ended up getting shouted at by two members of staff because we were confused. It would be even better if we could get floor seats or soundcheck tickets! I'm not sure how that would work with the food options, etc., but maybe it could be a different package? I'd definitely pay even more for it! Also, we were guided to queue earlier than we wanted. They were selling more merchandise there which probably had in stock what other places sold out, and yet we couldn't get to it which was a let down. For anyone trying to get highly-demanded tickets I'd definitely recommend Hospitality!!”

“Hospitality Centre arranged our booking for a match at Wembley Stadium. From start to finish they looked after everything and the transaction was effortless. The service on the day was second to none and all of our party enjoyed themselves. We will be booking with them in the future.”
