“Sizing charts are totally off and do not provide waist chest inseam size equivalents for S M L XL XXL XXL. For customer service there are too many different emails one email is to a contractor that manages sales - they told me to go back and find a customer service email. There is also no published or stated return policy and no USA based store or contact for returns exchanges or other queries.”
“Love the different options Hotsuit is putting out. As at last count I'd ordered 5 different models/color schemes of their sauna suits.
The only knock I'd give the brand is:
1) some of their jackets come without pockets.
2) The Billboard if the brand name at the back. I really dislike that. It's distracting. The name at a small corner of the front along with the logo is fine. Or just the logo at the back without the gigantic Fonts of a name is better.
3) Some pants come with only waist band without a rope. Both should be there in case the band fails.
Suggestions: deeper pockets with zipper to keep items from falling out. Or a jacket with optional zippered "kangaroo" pouch.
Still, great item for workouts. Lots of sweating. A+++”
