“Very poor service. Booked a hot tub and it didn't turn up. No phone call, no explanation.”

“Very helpful and courteous staff made hiring a hot tub online very easy. Was able to book the dates I wanted and organised a delivery and collection date that they adhered to. The hot tub was immaculate and the gazebo was very sturdy, not those flimsy ones that blow over with the slightest of breeze. Looking forward to using Hot Tub Hire Sheffield again in the near future.”
