“A brilliantly curated set of camera bags. Definitely the place to use if you want to find something a bit more uniqiue/stylish. Also the brown paper packaging that my item came in was a really nice touch. You could almost gift it as is with no extra wrapping.”

“Excellent customer service more than helpful, be assured that if you order or not, you will get there full support. “Fantastic service and great bag. Hard to get hold of an Ona Astoria so very pleased. Delivery was less than 24hrs which was fantastic and the hand written note is a nice personal touch. A company that hasn't lost sight of its customers.”

“The product itself is fantastic, but what really shone was the service from Houden bags. Although I ordered from the internet, I phoned to enquire how long the delivery would take as it was something I wanted for a holiday which I was going on two days after I phoned. They said they would look out for my order and process it the same day, such that I would receive it the next day via royal mail - in under 24 hours. This is exactly what happened and there was a nice written note to go with the bag to say that they hoped it what was what I was looking for - and it was. Service makes a difference in the world of the internet and I would whole-heartedly recommend Houden Bags.”
