“I will avoid them as much as possible if I were you. They made life unbearable for my cousins who relocated from United States to Birmingham with their 3 kids. Was a nightmare getting keys, they had no access to garage and any other storage space. These are people who came with suitcases from a different country! They illegally were trying to evict them when the tenant laws were changing, issuing different sections just to get them out. They had no peace. Kids were new to the country and now had to up and move to a different location instead of focusing on settling. Was pressured to move and started giving yet another grief when they said they finally were moving after stressfully locating a house. They never owed one day of rent and were even made to pay rent and start their tenancy a few days after viewing and proper applied pressure. I can go on and on but if you want a peaceful existence in where you rent please try somewhere else. I am still so furious and not sure how they have got away with such appalling attitude and behaviour.”
