“I had to contact them after waiting 7 days for my order and to find out that they hadn't even sent it. Not sure at what point they were going to contact me to let me know that they only pair they had in stock were damaged! Thanks House of Slippers.”

“Slippers completely disintegrated after a week and a half, (supposedly 'outdoor' soles came off without any wear outdoors, and entire bottom of slippers came apart). Called HOS and emailed them pics a week ago and heard nothing. Would not recommend.”

“Still awaiting goods even though delivery was shown as dispatched last Monday. Sent email over week end requesting update/confirmation on delivery. Still awaiting reply. So very disappointed. Not looking forward to scenario that when goods are eventually received and may perhaps need to be returned how long this will take to obtain refund.”

“Size too big but size smaller would have been too small. Very difficult to find how to return. Kept referring me to an Amazon site. On phoning very helpful girl said she would e mail me a returns label but told me £4.99 (I think) would be deducted for return”
