“Slippers were delivered on time and were good quality. However, came out a little large and wide although they weren't advertised as wide fit and I had to return as they did not provide enough support for a normal / narrow size. Return was easy and I have an email confirmation stating refund is pending (not received yet). Policy was not clear - I was directed to a website regarding the returns policy, but the site was inactive and so I couldn't access any guidance on how to return items. I just sent them back with a cover note in the end.”

“GREAT SLIPPERS/HOUSE SHOE, BEST I HAVE FOUND TO DATE. NICE WIDE FIT, ALSO THE SOLE GOES THE FULL WIDTH, MORE LIKE A TRAINER. WARM AND COMFORTABLE. WOULD RECOMMEND.”

“Sent my wife’s slippers back what feels like forever ago for a replacement pair as the stitching came loose, still waiting on them, only get an update when I email and always get fobbed off with excuses, will never use again and would recommend to avoid this company like the plague!”

“The design of these slippers means that you have great flexibility width wise, as the Velcro makes it easily to get an exact fit. I had already tried several pairs for my mother that were unsuccessful, but these were great. They arrived quickly.”
