“I cannot believe how excellent House of slippers is. I have never been able to obtain comfortable slippers in gent size 13, but with House of Slippers, you have a choice !!! Not only is the range of slippers top quality downwards, but the prices are excellent. Long live the Company”

“I sent for two pairs of slippers as unsure of sizing. Both pairs were far two small and very narrow. I tried several times to print a return label as nt provided. It cost £11.15. To return slippers. I won’t be using or recommending this firm again”

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, at present, because we offer free delivery we cannot accommodate free returns. We do provide every customer with the opportunity to purchase a prepaid returns label with their order for £1 extra to make returns as easy as possible, we also allow one free exchange per order. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused here and if you do choose to shop with us again in the future, it is always worthwhile buying just one returns label which covers the full order. “Great selection of slippers at good prices. Maybe a good thing to get their £1 return label and buy different sizes as we found the men slippers came up a bit small. Can’t comment on the ladies as not tried any. Would use again providing the slippers purchased wear as well as they look.”

I can confirm we did respond to your initial email query within 1 working day with full instructions on how to return the order. Apologies, our phone lines closed on Christmas Eve and are due to open again from 04/01, we have got the revised hours available on the website so our customers are aware of this during the festive period.
