“Great choice available from HOS and finally chose a pair which were loved but needed to be one size bigger to fit perfectly so went to try and return and it’s a bit of a faff if you didn’t purchase a return label for £1 when you buy your slippers and they don’t have the size available in the style I bought so you can’t exchange for a different pair and only choice is to now return for a refund and pay £4 for a return label! Most places do offer free returns nowadays so beware! Will definitely buy from here again but really need to buy the return label as well guys.”

“Slippers were perfect when they eventually arrived. Paid £10 extra for next day delivery - ordered 17th arrived 22nd December. Nearly went out to buy replacements.”

“Edge of elastic inside caused discomfort and had to be trimmed otherwise slippers are perfect. Maybe one star should be deducted for this.”

“Bought these slippers as part of a Christmas Present for my daughter. They arrived on time liked the packaging and the little note inside . Too early to make a judgment re quality etc but if they were bought for me I would be delighted.”
