“My original order I returned having found the slipper not quite the style that I wanted. It was only 3 days after returning the original order to my receiving the replacements which I find is exceptional in today's world. All staff involved demonstrate that there are still people who look after their customers. I went into hospital the following day and the Nurse who looked after me commented on the slippers. She told me that she was planning to buy a pair for her father. I as only too pleased to give her details of House of Slippers and the service you provided.”

“I found this company to be very helpful. I am not very proficient with computers as at my age (76) I never needed them in business. They answered the phone quickly and helpfully and took my order there and them. The slippers arrived two days later and are an excellent fit and top quality. Well done, HoS. I shall be back!”
