“I ordered slippers that turned out to be faulty. I had had them for 2 weeks. House of Slippers asked to have them back and they examined them and decided they were faulty. I was given a credit note for their value. I reordered a new different make and style. They are perfect and I love wearing them. Thank you, House of Slippers, for making things right. Your commitment to make the customer happy is not a motto but a reality.”

“I brought these slippers, they didn’t suit so I returned then a week ago and I still haven’t got my money back for returning them as I ticked off that I wanted a refund and nothing has happened. Which I think is very poor”

“Initially ordered a pair of slippers. After 2 weeks they hadnt arrived . Called there head office only to be informed that that day the Royal Mail has lost my parcel ( conveniently). Also informed me that the pair I had specifically ordered had sold out. Quite disappointed at this point. Was offered an alternative which given the time restrictions for Xmas I had to take. Great customer service I received even if I didn’t get my original order and slippers arrived within the time frame I was promised. I will order from them again”
