“No slippers have been received. You acknowledged my order placed by email on 15 December, order no HOS530568 status payment received. Delivery Royal Mail 2nd class 3-5 working days. When I checked my account you had not given it to the Royal Mail until 21/12/17 therefore not a hope of getting it for Christmas to give as a present on Christmas Day. It is now December 28 and the slippers have still not arrived and if they do I have no way of giving them to my son's girlfriend as a Christmas present as I will not be seeing them until February. Would like my money back.”

“Ordered a particular style of slippers as a present for my elderly aunt and she was absolutely delighted with the product. I can't remember, specifically, the item but the slippers supported her feet and although not described as being so, they were warm to wear. Also, the delivery was extremely efficient. Well done, House of Slippers!”

“Found great leather mocassin slippers in the men’s section - called customer services and they suggested to order in one size smaller for a ladies fit. Order arrived and they’re perfect! Fab slippers for walking outside in garden paths or wet grass as they have thick soles. Very comfortable and cool as I don’t like fur lined slippers.”

“Excellent quality and speedy delivery in time for Christmas. I'd bought another pair online which were shoddy and had to go back. These are really suitable for my elderly mum who doesn't walk more than a few steps and has swollen feet sometimes. She can wear them if she goes out too.”

“The slippers are well made and comfortable, good value for money, the only problem was that they were on the small side, so I had to give them to someone else, but now there are none left in the size I need, so I’m hoping more will come in stock soon.”
