“Love 'em! Excellent quality shoes, they call them slippers but they're sturdy enough to wear outside! The order was despatched quickly and arrived exactly when they said it would. Very clear and efficient customer service. I will definitely shop here again.”

“No free returns, which for people living on benefits (as many disabled people are) can be an unexpected cost. The returns process is very difficult to understand. If you go to customer services, it points you to buying a returns label for £1, which goes up to £3.50 at the checkout. This, is not the right way to send an item back! Most confusing.”

Whilst we do offer free shipping, we currently do not offer free returns, we do however allow one free exchange per order. We offer the easy returns service whereby you pay £1 for a prepaid returns label to make any returns as easy as possible. We do continuously monitor this situation but the general feedback from our customers is that this is a service they like because it means they can shop knowing the returns are taken care of with that £1 prepaid returns label. “Not up to the standard of the last pair I bought in this make a few years ago. The soles are thinner, and the faux fur doesn't look as good. Not great value. Won't buy this make again.”

“Item was too small. Cannot find any way on the website to return item. Printing on website very small and as for the despatch note …I had to get a magnifying glass out. I am disappointed with this company and will not be recommending. I could not find how to return item and therefore unable to answer questions about”
