“My husband needed slippers that supported his feet and ankles with open toes. Not easy to find. They fit well, arrived quickly and he is very satisfied with them. The only reason for 4, not 5 stars is that they ideally could be even more supportive, but probably asking too much!!”

“I have returned these because I the description the soles were not black; however when they arrived soleswere black. We have just been advised to avoid black soled slippers on the carpet.”

“Loved the product, well made, look great, but l ordered a 7 which is my size & have always been with slippers (ie M & S ) but found this really tight & uncomfortable , lm hoping they will give a bit .”

“Bought slippers for my mum who has very swollen feet. She doesn't usually like these type of slipper, I put them on and is still wearing them, she says they are really comfortable and they have good soles so won't slip. Thank you”

“Very disappointed with awful service. Went on for weeks and ended up with nothing. I'm surprised you have the nerve to ask me. These were ordered as a Christmas present for goodness sake! Plus: we did not order "mule" slippers”

Your initial order was placed on 02/12/22 and delivered on 08/12/22 as per the Standard Delivery you chose and this was then returned back to us due to a sizing issue, we have processed the refund for you.
