“Lovely cosy, comfy slippers, generous width and true to size. Quick efficient service and delivery. Had to restick insole in place but would imagine they are meant for fairly easy removal to give extra bit of room if required.”

“The slippers are great - they were a present, so I can't give more detail than that. Unfortunately they arrived later than expected due to supply issues and it would have been nice if I had been warned of this delay in advance. As it was, I had to e-mail to ask where they were.”

“Very prompt delivery, item good quality. Unfortunately, size correct but too small so have to return for exchange for 1 size larger which I have done. A bit confusing due to various addresses for returns. However followed instructions enclosed with the item and hope this is the right one, i.e. WYBS LTD., Returns, Unit 3 Bridgeport Business Park, 35 Hastings Rd., Leicester, LES 0BT”
