“Prompt delivery. Everything fine but I ordered more for choice in style and fit for the recipients and returned part of my order and as of yet I’m still awaiting a refund 2 weeks on.”

“I had to return these slippers, they came up small and did not fit. The slippers were very nice and well made, I purchased them as a Christmas gift but was disappointed with the fit.”

“No problem with the company but I bought these slippers for my 88 year old aunt but after wearing them for a short while she found they were too big around the top and were heavy and uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately she had gone back to wearing her old ones”

“Fit well but maybe a little wider but breaking in as I cannot wear slippers with the toes in and it's hard finding some but these are fine fluffy and warm”

“The lovely slippers were far too big and wide, I have average width feet, so I spoke to an advisor who suggested I return them for an exchange. The order was made direct with House of Slippers on 7 Oct and delivered by Amazon, they were returned immediately. I'm writing this on 24 Nov, still waiting for my exchange pair. Delivery far too slow, although the advisor was polite and very helpful.”

“I ordered these slippers to replace my last pair which I bought from another well-known company. The slippers are almost identical and for a much better price. I will be wearing them soon and will be interested how they compare to my old pair. I usually get a year's wear out of a pair and I have them on my feet all day everyday - even in Summer! I love the colours too!”

“Slightly disappointed the box was so damaged on arrival as they were a present so didn’t give an impression of being new from the outside. All ok inside. Suspect these had been returned previously as the box was stuck together with tape.”

“I Had already bought the same pair of slippers in our local shoe shop, but they didn't have my size for a new pair this year. The slippers you sent me are the same, but I had asked for red, and I received more a burgundy colour. I did not return the slippers because I was going away and needed them urgently.The model is very comfortable.”
