“Great range of slippers and the order arrived promptly and accurately. I ordered two pairs and had to return one. Prudently I had purchased a return label with the original order. I would have preferred an exchange but there was no obvious way online to order an exchange and I couldn't face the inevitable hassle of an attempted telephone transaction, so I simply took a refund. The company loses a star because in comparison with the best suppliers it has a second rate returns mechanism.”

“I needed to send slippers to myself but not at my usual address. The autofill - like on many sites - drives you crazy. Brought down the postcode from billing address. Didn't notice', package was delayed. HoS people sorted it out well though. Product seems good.”

“Have ordered before. Bought similar slippers to last year unfortunately they seemed too wide for my mum so size 6 was big. She’s needs them secure as she has walking disability. Unfortunately had to send back. But quick service just had to pay £1 to refund so best order elsewhere incase if same problem”

“Slippers are decent, but delivery was quite poor quoted as 2-3 days but took a week too be delivered and was left as dispatched till the Thursday night till I emailed saying if they didn't arrive by the Friday to just cancel the order and refund the money.”

“They were very helpful when I contacted house of slippers. Offer a really good choice of slippers. I have struggled to get a wide slipper for my mum and the shops on the High Street just don't offer them.”

“Excellent slippers, just what I wanted, very soft and wearable outside thanks to the sole. delivery a bit slow, and also the advertised price does not include VAT which comes as a shock when you get the final amount to pay!”
