“Those people in House of Beauty World are thieves! They kept my money after the courier sent my parcel back to them as undelivered. I wrote to House of Beauty, asking for my money but they wrote back, saying I would have to take a store credit and phone my order in. Well, I live in the UK and House of Beauty don't answer the phone. I still tried to get my money back from those thieves but one wrote to me saying I should see a doctor for trying to get my money back!!! Don't spend your money at House of Beauty. When things go wrong, they will keep your money. There are far better stores offering the same or similar products. House of Beauty is run by thieves!”
