Scammers. They stole £600 from me after agreeing a refund then gave various excuses about why they couldn’t provide the refund. Do not use!!!! Absolutely dreadful experience.

They have taken £500 from me. No items. No refund. Just lies. Absolutely devastated and will be taking legal action. Do not use this company!

This company owes me over £500. They agreed to refund me over 6 months ago when they failed to deliver my items. This has really hit me hard financially. After researching into taking legal action I have now discovered I am not alone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered clothes from them on the 21st of feb. It’s now April and they haven’t delivered they keep saying it’s been delayed, after many emails they cancelled the order but still didn’t refund me.

Regretfully I ordered a three piece Maria B suit on 25 Feb , 2024 and paid in ful £121 . I ordered for fastest delivery . I received a delivery with some wrong item in it . I never ordered that rubbish saree which they sent me . I immediately emailed them describing the blunder they made but no response from them yet . I made a complaint on their website but they are silent . Very frustrating and disappointing u professional attitude . I would suggest not to order with such a scam . I am regretting ordering with them . I ordered the suit for an occasion which I never received.

Please do not buy from theses con artists they deceitfully taking customers money with no goods being delivered If you have the problem report them to trading standards and they will guide you to the correct channels WARNING ‼️ do not purchase anything from this website the positive reviews are fake and written by men lol 😂 how hilarious 🤣 it’s beyond a joke the men look like yardie milking through website lol 😂

DO NOT BUY FROM HOF! I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and paid a LOT of money...they have not sent the goods and not told me when they r due or an email to to update me! As per their refund policy if goods arrive over 3 weeks they can give a refund BUT guess what nothing from them. So unless you want your money tied up with these scammers then DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I am contacting my bank for a refund!

I ordered a suit from House of Faiza for this Eid (2023) and whilst the suit arrived it did not fit right in a way that getting the next size up would not have been feasible. I put in a return request which was approved and I sent out as per their policy the package and all accompanying complimentary items back to them within 14days of receipt of the item on my end. I emailed them twice once to their complaints department enquiring about the refund gift card or whatever they promised and received no response. I gave proof of them having received my return within the 14 day period as I returned using tracked delivery. I got no response just the parcel returns back to me and an email saying the return was rejected with no explanation. I emailed them t thee proof that they have initially accepted my reason for return - and also their returns process is ridiculous. I have maintained proof of this and am keen to take this up with trading standards officers. Furthermore, I have noticed they do not advertise which items they get storied themselves even though fabric may be designer and thehaving had experience of stitching and designing suits in Pakistan I can tell when they stitch any unstitched fabrics the tailoring is way off the original design as is the cut of the suit/kameez and the laces and detailing used of cheap quality - massively disappointed when you pay a hefty price for a basic lawn suit. Learnt my lesson! Some places should not be given the benefit of the doubt and House of Faiza is one of them. Nobody from their support or complaints team reached out to me in response to any of my emails. I have ordered a a suffuse suit from them again massively overpriced from what I purchase directly from Pakistan but as least it arrived and as the stitching was done by the actual Suffuse brand it was great. Lastly, they sent a lovely book called Secrets of Divine love as part of my parcel, though a thoughtful and religious reminder, quite ironic coming from them seeing as they lack the decorum and manners of operating a business and providing customer care as a Muslim Business. Maybe they need to delve into that very book and reflect on their unethical and flippant customer service and returns process.

They think they are working in Pakistan where there are no rights for customers. I will drag these to the court to get my each penny back. Please please please don't order from these. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Worst “business ever” it’s just scam and a way of taking peoples money. They never deliver on time. They refuse to return customers money. And funnily enough when a customer complains the demand respect or threaten to ignore it block you! They need to be shut down completely. No morals and no ethics. They couldn’t care any less about the customers just want the money. Never heard of a business refusing a refund and only providing vouchers. A voucher was forced upon me a year ago when the Outift was late and did not fit the description. Since then I have attempted to sue the voucher 2/3 times and the item is never sent out when stated. I now don’t have any eid clothes. They refuse to pay for ethers when the items are delayed due to their fault. And they are now ignoring me because I have console in about the atrocious service and demanded all of my money be returned to my debit card instead of a voucher as I have had enough of this ongoing drama and have no intention of shipping from this fraudulent immoral disrespect “business”. They are breaking numerous consumer rights and do not care! Just take peoples money and get rude.

I have ordered a suit which was meant to be delivered by 10th of April it has come within 2 days the kameez is white and the pants are yellow absolutely different to the image it smells I am so not happy with this product and I won't be ever ordering again.

Placed an order 9th September haven’t heard back, send 3 emails and no response. Sent text message and no reply. Nil customer service. I paid with my debit card, very big mistake. Should have paid with credit card or PayPal and could have got my money back. I would not recommend them.

After ordering an outfit that was supposed to arrive within a couple of weeks, I found months later I’d still not received it, with the date constantly being changed by the team I contacted for answers. Finally, 3 whole months later they messaged to say my order had been cancelled and I would be getting a full refund, 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for that refund with no explanation of where it is. Absolutely shocking customer service and I would recommend this business to anyone!!!

If I could give zero stars I would but system does not allow me to. Please take your business elsewhere. A highly unethical business, never fulfilled my order, kept asking me to wait or it’s been dispatched, I couldn’t even cancel. They finally cancelled the order after I demanded it had gone well over their fulfilment time, then they were making me wait 20 days for the refund. Back and forth emails for days, saying I had to wait and could not be escalated. I told them that I was going to put it on my social media as I have a large following how unethical the business was only then they immediately sent my refund! Awful, Awful experience! Don’t waste your time here!

Very bad expérience please dont go with them you will regret it and you will loose all ur money as they will not give you refund just stupid crédit or échange. Excahange of what nothing you will receive in exchange. Just dont deal with them trust me. Now going to small claim court.
