“Was given a slot between 12-4 for afternoon tea Wreath making kit on 12th Dec which we paid £60 for in September. Had to chase several times, advised we were next and another 45 mins later at 5:45pm I text and said I don't want it anymore we're hungry and have ordered takeaway, tried to ring no answer. At 6:15pm she turned up on my doorstop and tried to get us to take it anyway, we said no. It's nearly 4 months later and still not received a refund after chasing most weeks.
Been lied to multiple times and told its been refunded and I need to wait 3-5 days and there's been problems with bank and then other lies and then admitting its not been refunded and it'll be refunded on xyz date in 2 weeks because of some banking function. Had about 8 different scenarios of lies now. Now having to take it to the next step.”
