“Do not order from this company. I waited almost 2 months for my 3 china cabinets to be delivered. The company couldn't 'figure out how to fit them in their truck'!! Finally threatened to call the BBB and they were delivered in three days. (which was today) Missing some pieces that hold in the shelves. When trying to contact the company via chat, phone, and submitting a ticket, I always got the same person "jasmine". Miss Jasmine refused to let me speak with a supervisor or anyone in the company besides her! I will never do business with a company like this again! DON'T DO IT!!”
“Purchased an expensive large "White" Howard Miller Wall Clock from Dania Furniture. The face of the clock turned yellow. Howard Miller was unwilling to replace the defective clock as they said we were over the year warranty. An expensive item you hang on your wall should be covered for inherent defects longer than a year. Poor customer service at this company.”
