Second or even third rate items were substituted not the colours ordered or the style completely different!
Contacted them to seek explanation profuse apologies offered and various options but I would have to pay extra to gain restitution! Already spent £350+ many email exchanges until I pointed out that they had not supplied goods as ordered in effect this was a fraud!
