“Buyer beware. My Swag platinum diamond engagement ring lost 2 small stones from its shoulder last weekend. I took it straight to Swag in Kingston upon Thames for repair. Whilst cleaning it Swag made another diamond come out. I was assured it could be fixed & once a quote was worked out the work would be done. The 10 year Warranty unfortunately ran out in 2018.
4 days later I received a voicemail saying they could not fix it & I should collect. Confused and worried I called back. I pointed out that had the ring broken under the warranty they would have to fix it, so why not now when I'm happy to pay? Eventually, the sales rep said it could possibly be fixed if it was sent back to the supplier in the Far East - a process which would take at least 2 months! Swag do not have the skilled goldsmith skills required. I would recommend anyone buying an expensive engagement ring, choose a better quality jeweller with the necessary master goldsmith skills on site to ensure quality repairs when needed. Perhaps a point Swag should tell customers at point of purchase.”

Swag do not have the Goldsmith skills to fix expensive Swag engagement rings! I am now sourcing a master goldsmith to repair and check whole setting. I would advise anyone thinking off buying their engagement ring at Swag to choose a better quality jeweller who actually can repair when problems arise.”
“Love this company as they do not charge for postage and packing on their items which is an added bonus. It really bugs me when companies charge for P&P or you have to spend a large amount of money in order to get it free. Swag jewellers is an excellent company from order stage to arrival is extremely fast and the items are always of top quality. I generally buy my Pandora from them as their prices are extremely competitive and their service is impeccable.”
“Order never turned up, said they couldn't re-send it as they were out of stock even though they are still advertising the item is in stock on their website, e mails take several days to reply to and they never answer any phone calls. Very poor do not buy from this company.”
“Poor service in every way. Very slow to send out orders, inaccurate communication and flimsy, inadequate packaging. Frequently cancel orders after taking payment whilst still advertising the items as in stock.”
