“Placed an order for 3 items via Sports direct - water boots, rash vest and wetsuit.
Boots came straight away with rash vest not long after - however 5wks on I am STILL waiting for my wetsuit.
Sports direct won’t help as the order came direct from Gul- Gul can’t be bothered to help- I have contacted both numerous times - so please - be wary when ordering- it’s all ok if your item gets delivered - but they won’t help at all if it goes missing!”
“Bought a Gul Saco (waterproof bib trousers) online and discovered it leaked. Returned it to online retailer who passed it on to Gul. Was subsequently told it was 'perfect' with no leak. After a phonecall with Gul they retested. They now say it DOES leak. This is a month after I bought the item. They had the trousers for almost two weeks to test it and failed to find leak. Unbelievable. It took me 10 minutes. I have just seen, today, another review of the same item... also with a leak in the same place. Have Gul designed in a flaw and are not taking responsibility for it? This item needs to be WITHDRAWN immediately. Many people would buy a 'dry trousers' and not find out until too late that it doesnt actually work? After all, the concept of a dry trousers is that you dont get wet! Not at all happy with Gul and their response to this issue.”
