Their web site T&Cs confirms that payment is taken immediately by Worldpay and I get a confirmation email that credit card transaction has been authorised and completed.
But when I call to check why my order hasn't arrived after 8 days they tell me they don't have any stock and they are too busy to speak to me about a refund. They then hang up and ignore my follow up calls until I call from a different number. Disgraceful, Discourteous and Dishonest. AVOID.”
