wells fargo customer service in all their departments is unacceptable.representatives on the phone give you the wrong information and then you are stuck paying the price for doing what they tell you to do.try to speak to someone in management and they will not let you.tell you issue will be resolved in 2 weeks and it is not.terrible service.all they want is your money.they do not care about human beings. i came across a cybersecurity attorney in the name of resuc.org in whom i filled a case to recoup my funds of over 345,000$ i got an immediate feedback and the attorney fought to retribute every fund i was restricted from having access back to my wallet. i wasn't charged a dime to round it up . they're one of the best federal agency you can bavk on to recover your money, hacked or restricted.

I am disgusted and appalled at wells fargo. I got scammed about a rental and I called immediately to file a claim and let them know so they can flag the receivers account and help me retrieve my money. These are hard times and people are getting scammed left and right. So out of $3900 I was they initially reversed $2400. I was happy that I was able to get SOMETHING back, considering they supposedly have security systems and so called "fraud dept." but its all a sham. they don't give two shits. today I checked my bank and they reversed the credit and put me in a HUGE OVER DRAFT, WITHOUT NOTIFICATION ON TOP OF IT!!! want to tell me basically that its not their problem that zelle or cashapp sent the money. (I didn't expect them to do much about cashapp- but at least flag the reported account) the fraud department is USELESS AND COMPLETELY POINTLESS. I've lost complete faith in wells fargo and I am switching bank. They don't care about their clients and I am for sure switching to another bank. its not the first time they've pretty done whatever they want with your account but cant help you when you have a REAL problem. I've given them a chance considering its not the first time they've either screwed me or caused me inconvenience, but i I stayed with them. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY life! switch banks while you can. flag the receiving account and/ or provide me their information so I can bring the additional information to the police. But they won’t even investigate the frauds account. OR credit my account back the 2400 it was credited! I was content and it made me feel like my bank cared at least.

Since COVID 19 there is no way to go talk to a human banker at the Highlands Ranch branch unless by appointment. (Springer Drive) with most of the other branches closed for tellers. The Fraud department and the bankers inside the branch are not helpful at resolving Fraud cases. Last week I had someone get the information on my business ATM, and perform a fraudulent Western Union transfer that the WF fraud department contacted me on. I told them over the phone, as well with a banker it was fraud, and I needed my money back. I had to wait over 30 minutes to try to reach a phone banker. I finally was able to make an appointment to get to see a banker whom called the fraud dept for me. They filed a claim that still has not been resolved, days later. With 49. in my account, I think it's time to get a more useful bank that is more responsive out of all the years of business. This has occurred in the past of my ATM cards with WF being intercepted and it always takes f- days to get my money back. I'm still waiting for the fraud department to fix the problem, and have had not resolve yet. WT_ takes to long to stop a electronic transaction and deny the transfer or just stop the funds, HUH? They seem to be easy marks and this has not been the first problem like this with their ATM cards as this has happened in the past. The police after filing a report echo my statement as well. WORTHLESS FRAUD DEPARTMENT. I'm still on hold as I type this review. Time for another bank, as the years of thousands of dollars of my business has not been a top priority. WORTHLESS.

bought furniture w/ mor and Wells Fargo. Had a promo plan. Was never informed the end of promo is on my monthly bill. Paid acct every month through phone. Was never called, or sent separate mail or email stating promo times expiring. I find out a month after expiration. I say I'll pay in full but it's too late. We're in an age where everything has a reminder. To say that a 2 year monthly agreement will not have a small section that states "end of promo is" is stupid. No body scans their monthly bills they are meant to tell you what you owe and that's always been t. If there's something that will expire, reminders should be sent out. That's customer service. Not this unapologetic Bs your customer service reps try to sell me on. You don't care for the customer. You only hope they don't notice that small text so you can collect. That's why I will no longer work with you. Ive banked with multiple banks, and they all have sent reminders separately. Fix your flawed system
