“"Working with Plus500 was a complete horror." Managing my investments is challenging due to the clumsy and nonsensical platform. Transactions took an eternity to process, and customer support was nonexistent. When they did respond, it was with evasive and uninformative responses. There is no explicit breakdown of what you are paying for, and the costs are absurdly exorbitant.Following this encounter, C, O, N, C, E, P, T, S, T, R, and D*COM are completely different. Their customer service genuinely cares about their consumers and helps them recover money they have lost to scammers. Their platform is also far easier to use, and transactions are completed quickly.
