Transactions took an eternity to process, and customer support was nonexistent. When they did respond, it was with evasive and uninformative responses. There is no explicit breakdown of what you are paying for, and the costs are absurdly exorbitant.Following this encounter, C, O, N, C, E, P, T, S, T, R, and D*COM are completely different. Their customer service genuinely cares about their consumers and helps them recover money they have lost to scammers. Their platform is also far easier to use, and transactions are completed quickly. “A lot of information and good training. There is a lot to learn, and for someone who has never traded before (just like me), this is a good education to start. I'm sure, I'm gaining a better understanding of trading in general. Their educational programs were quite good. In terms of results, i think their strategies and content were fine. Their program, in my opinion, is a little pricey.”
