“Very disappointing experience. We waited almost three weeks without any updates. Jairo repeatedly gave us incorrect information: first, he said our order had already been shipped, then he claimed we should have notified him after payment (which was never stated on the invoice), and only afterwards admitted that the products we ordered were not even available. Because of this poor communication and misinformation, we had to disappoint our own customers. Unacceptable service. Our claims have been backed by whatsapp screenshots and sent to Green Brothers.”
