“So I like their basic courses, but they are basic but nice to add to your experiences and maybe CV. HOWEVER as soon as there is a problem they are are terrible. I contacted them when one of my clients had a negative reaction to a face mask recipe on their holistic facials course. I considered this urgent and tried phoning as well as emailing. It took ages for a reply. After about 3/4 weeks I was told they would remove that recipe from the course and would speak to the tutors and get back to me. NEITHER of which has happened. This is highly unethical! A physical college wouldn’t get away with this. After having spent a lot of money with them I will no longer be investing in them.”
