“So I like their basic courses, but they are basic but nice to add to your experiences and maybe CV. HOWEVER as soon as there is a problem they are are terrible. I contacted them when one of my clients had a negative reaction to a face mask recipe on their holistic facials course. I considered this urgent and tried phoning as well as emailing. It took ages for a reply. After about 3/4 weeks I was told they would remove that recipe from the course and would speak to the tutors and get back to me. NEITHER of which has happened. This is highly unethical! A physical college wouldn’t get away with this. After having spent a lot of money with them I will no longer be investing in them.”
“frustrating format designed to extract extra hidden costs, provider seems to have very poor understanding of how people actually learn and study. Sneaky ways to block any kind of printing or saving and content so stuck with a the 'click through' screens format on what is supposed to be a long, multi module course this written assessments. This really does not lend itself well study as have no ability to highlight, annotate or simply move/search through content. Strange assessment questions that required lengthy 'essays' in a comment style box rather than submitting documents. After enrolling the wanted £37 for a printable download and £29 for audio format on a course my employer had already paid £90 for. Very disappointed”

“Well I let me start by saying for home study courses this college does deliver. They do have very high quality and Affordable professional online training. This is not so much a review about the course I took itself being Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, it's more to do with the certificate you get issued from the centre of excellence if you order the Quality Licence Scheme Certificate they do for £17.00 extra charge. I did a review about this a week ago but removed it as I wanted answers about the certificate I got from the Quality Licence Scheme. The Centre of Excellence told me they don't set the wording it's set by Quality Licence Scheme. My Level 3 Personal Training Diploma just said on it Personal Training. NO Mention it was at level 3 as it should state. So I contacted the Quality Licence Scheme myself to find out why and this is what they said.

As the course belongs to the Centre of Excellence you need to ask them this question. We only put on the certificate what they requested.

So as you can clearly see from the email I got direct from the Quality Licence Scheme it was the fault of the Centre of Excellence that my certificate came wrong with the wording of just Personal Training. I am now stuck with a certificate that serves no purpose for me at all as I need proof on it that is it at Level 3 I was told by a well known gym without the Level 3 on it I will not be able to use this certificate so I took a course for nothing. Waste of my time and Money. I have emailed the centre of excellence with proof of the quality licence scheme email but no one as replied. If I was you I would use BSY, Stonebridge or another provider who will issue you with the correct certificate.”
“I purchased 4 courses through Groupon. the site applied the coupon but the price didn’t change they still wanted to charge me full price for each class. Which totaled out to be over $1000 I attempted to contact the school. I received no response and it’s been well over 6 months, with still no response or access any of the courses don’t waste your money or time. I was given a free random course tho.”
“The learning platform doesn't have any reviews on them. We understand that it has CPD units, but we need more information regarding the course they are offering. We need glimpse and people can review whether the course is garbage or gold. The Centre of Excellence needs you to buy their course before you get a glimpse what are they offering.
