“Finding it a bit difficult to recommend Citation to anyone as the system is NOT intuitive despite the training.
I prefer to use the Southalls safety cloud as that is easy to use and does not require trial and error in figuring out how to use it!!”

“Not a company owner so can't say much re: contracts and payments but trying to get a hold of someone to fix a technical issue is a nightmare. Have had major issues with the calendar and holidays functions for 5 months now and after over 50 different emails (with screenshots, bug reports etc) to 5 different people, getting forwarded onto a different person every week (Who asks for the same information I have sent countless times) I have just given up.”
