“Without exaggeration it has transformed our church services and events. Everybody in the congregation is delighted, particularly some of the hard of hearing who have actually said they don’t need to use the loop system because the sound itself is so perfect! They only wish we had had it installed years ago. It was not something we thought was ever possible in an 850 year old church.
We have played CDs at our recent open day and the clarity was mentioned by our visitors. Those who need to, have learnt how to link to our Bluetooth iPads and iPhones without any issues whatsoever.

“From first contact Andy and the team at Piranha were absolutely amazing to work with, they are extremely knowledgeable and proficient. As a church we were using a projector and screen and needed to move over to TV’s and hdmi computer hookup. We had the old projector screen removed, 2 TV screens put up, wiring into the current sound system and new sound/vision desk. We also had the team move the old projector into another room and ceiling mounted with connection into the sound system in there. We felt an instant connection and that we were in very safe hands, especially as we had absolutely no prior audio visual experience. No question was considered ridiculous or difficult and they walked us through the whole decision making process, supply, fitment and use of the equipment. The work carried out was done in a very professional manner with the least amount of disruption to us as a church. The attention to detail was also something to note, as they thought through how the setup was going to look and worked at hiding away wiring and cables wherever possible to make everything look as best as possible, in fact almost invisible. “We were delighted with the service we received from Piranha. From their first visit, it was clear that we were dealing with a company that was prepared to listen to our needs and design a system that met those needs at an affordable price but with no compromise on the level of service. We had three companies quote for our system, Piranha came in well below the other two, able to offer solutions the other two companies claimed couldn't be done and so offered much more expensive alternatives. We were never in doubt that Piranha would be our preferred option for the work we needed.
It took well over a year from Piranha's first visit to installation, as applications for funding and faculties don't happen quickly. During this time, Piranha was both understanding and supportive. We needed several visits but nothing was too much trouble. When we needed advice on other aspects of the project, Piranha was prompt to respond and always helpful.
The week of the installation went without a hitch. The staff proved to be flexible and adaptable, always willing to listen and make sure they met our needs as well as possible. The training we received was excellent.
It was once the installation was complete that Piranha really came into their own. Someone attended the first Sunday service to help us get used to the system. Since then, we have had a few problems with the operation of the system, and Piranha has been prompt and clear with advice. There were a few things we asked Piranha to add or change and nothing was too much trouble. It took several further visits to complete the project and right through this process, we were very grateful for the attention we received.
In summary, Piranha did a brilliant job for us. They understood what is needed in a church context and everything they did was sympathetic to our situation. The final result is amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation.”
