“I want to select both Monday and Thursday simultaneously without including Tuesday or Wednesday in between. Currently, I am unable to do so. Additionally, I am unable to edit past leaves.”

“As a small (but busy) business, our holiday requests from staff have always been processed by using a paper-based system, including a wall chart in our office. I always knew the system was bad, holiday request forms would go missing, I couldn't see who was on holiday (and when) without consulting said wall chart in the office and nor could staff. The system was quite simply broken! That was until I stumbled upon Leave Dates, from the moment I created the free account I was dumbfounded at how easy the system was to use, the interface is clear, quick and completely uncluttered - an absolute dream to use, and the same goes for our staff, they are already using it and seeing the benefits. Staff can request leave using the app or of course, they can log in online if they prefer. They see an overview of our small companies' leave for the year ahead and can make leave requests which are approved in one simple click by head office. Staff sees a running total on their annual leave allowance and how many days of leave they have left. It's quite simply the best app I've used in years for my business and would urge you to download it today to try it out!”

“Leave Dates is super simple to use. We have set it up for our team in no time. It's easy for anyone to book their PTO or any other kind of absence. It has small gimmicks, such as auto-import of holidays for any country. Pricing is affordable as well.”

“As a manager I was forever being asked "how many holidays do I have left?". We just needed a simple way for our employees to submit holiday requests and to be able to see their allowance. I trialled a few and found LeaveDates to be the simplest and nicest to use. The cost is very reasonable and well worth the time saving on admin. I recently looked at some full HR packages to help with employee 1-2-1s and none of them managed holidays anywhere near as good as Leave Dates.”

“I've tried a few different things to manage time off for my organisation, from using Google Sheets to other HR Software. I was so pleasantly surprised when I chanced upon Leave Dates -- it's a beautifully designed piece of software that ticks all the boxes. Setup was a breeze, and everyone I work with appreciated how intuitive the user experience is. Support is speedy and great as well. Highly recommended.”

“We signed up to Leave Dates in Oct 22 and it was rolled out to all staff, over 400 now, in Jan 22. It is an excellent program that is easy to maintain and use both as an administrator and an employee. The set up was pretty straightforward via the import of templates. The co-founder Phil Norton was on hand, if required, at all times and has continued to be very responsive as our company has grown. It is a huge improvement from the many Excel spreadsheets we had around the company historically. We now also use the software for the recording of absences. I would definitely recommend.”
