“I was recommended the Collagen Hydrolysate by a friend of mine. I've been going through a period of losing quite a lot of hair, she recommended i give it a try. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and have noticed a slight improvement. It's only early days, hopefully I will see improvements within the next few weeks.”

“I have been a customer of GPA wholefoods for many years. It is the only online shop which has all the products I need to compliment my family's wholefoods/GAPS diet and healthy lifestyle. I have not been able to buy much from them recently, due to COVID finances/price rises, but will no doubt be back with a vengeance once the situation normalises/resolves (ever hopeful!). GPA often offers discounted stock (if close to sell-by or packaging damaged) and free postage when purchasing a certain amount, which is fantastic. The parcels always arrive in good time and in perfect condition, complete with recyclable and/or compostable packaging.”

“Mask arrived quickly, well packaged. It was as described , seems good quality. Note ..measured face as per directions and ordered medium . It is a bit snug ....am persevering with it as needed (Melbourne). Maybe a note about sizing ...I note your size chart was more accurate than measuring. A good product and great service😊”

“The customer service from GPA was great (4 / 5). My order went on a second hold as the stock wasn't received on time but they were able to swap colours based on current stocklists so I could receive my order without waiting longer. The masks are good quality. Definitely go by weight and not the measurements on the site. Only negative I have is the ear loops are very small and pull on my ears no matter the size (M or L). A strap is included in all orders but this only transfers the 'weight' from my ears to the back of my head. Not the most comfortable for wearing long-term (3.5-4 / 5).”

Hi Joan, I am sorry to hear that! How many hours did you find it was keeping things hot for? It should keep things very warm (like hot tea) for 12 hours. Not boiling but still pleasantly hot to drink.
