“Well, I would have been happy with my order if the right size of gloves would have arrived. Instead of Three sizes large as I had ordered. I received three size small boxes. I am hoping that the matter will be resolved soon.”

“Got the wrong item- 2 emails and 4 phone calls still waiting for the correct item. Returned the original item but still no tracking numbers for the correct one which I was told by Chloe was on the way. I sent the original wrong part back but still waiting. Usually good service but this wasn’t the best. Any help would be appreciated”

“Terrible first (and probably last) experience with Pittsburgh Spray Equipment. Was in a bind for a part for a powdercoat gun, called Sales and explained I needed the part as quickly as possible and was willing to pay extra to expedite the process, if not I could drive the 2 hours each way to pick it up. The salesperson tells me he will go back to shipping and make sure it goes out today and I would have the part in 1-2 days and I would receive an email as soon as it ships. I wait a couple of days and no tracking email shows up, I call and I am advised that they need to check with the salesman and shipping to see where the item is, I wait 2 hours and call back and I'm advised that the part will be shipping out today. Another day goes by and I finally get an email showing the item has shipped.”

“shipping damage, there sending replacement parts, I was told it didn't come with a liner so I paid about $ 100 for liners, when It can it had a liner. I didn't need to buy an extra liner, I was told it's NOT an HVLP & it was, Your sales person was very bad, But Larry West was very helpful, 5 stars for Larry, Salesperson 1/2 star, shipping 1/2 star Barry Interior Touchup”

“I placed an order with Pittsburgh spray. I ordered paint spraying hoses from the pot to the gun I needed a special size they size up the hoses had them shipped to me and even in an ice storm I got them early. They are top-notch hoses they are Binks hoses and they is perfect what I wanted. I couldn't ask any more from this order thank you guys very much”
