“Shipped quick part in great shape”

“We order two Wagner cables from Pittsburgh. On the day of submitting the order, I received an email indicating they were preparing the parts for shipping. Eight days later, having received no communications regarding shipment (they advertise parts will be shipped in 3-5 days), I called customer service. I was told the parts had not shipped. Turnaround time at Pittsburgh Spray is simply not acceptable for an operational environment and communications from customer service was nonexistent.”

“Well, I would have been happy with my order if the right size of gloves would have arrived. Instead of Three sizes large as I had ordered. I received three size small boxes. I am hoping that the matter will be resolved soon.”

“Got the wrong item- 2 emails and 4 phone calls still waiting for the correct item. Returned the original item but still no tracking numbers for the correct one which I was told by Chloe was on the way. I sent the original wrong part back but still waiting. Usually good service but this wasn’t the best. Any help would be appreciated”

“Terrible first (and probably last) experience with Pittsburgh Spray Equipment. Was in a bind for a part for a powdercoat gun, called Sales and explained I needed the part as quickly as possible and was willing to pay extra to expedite the process, if not I could drive the 2 hours each way to pick it up. The salesperson tells me he will go back to shipping and make sure it goes out today and I would have the part in 1-2 days and I would receive an email as soon as it ships. I wait a couple of days and no tracking email shows up, I call and I am advised that they need to check with the salesman and shipping to see where the item is, I wait 2 hours and call back and I'm advised that the part will be shipping out today. Another day goes by and I finally get an email showing the item has shipped.”
