“I've only bought from Hub420 once - I spent ages looking through their products and eventually settled on Moon Rocks. I've never been so disappointed - I was expecting something at least vaguely related to weed but what I received, for £90, was 2 small blocks of something entirely indistinguishable - something that looked a bit like hash but didn't smell or taste of weed, it could've been made out of tar as far as I'm concerned. The stuff is sticky like toffee so no way to add some to a joint because it's so sticky it was difficult to get it off my fingers and then not get the tobacco stuck to it - a huge sticky mess with no effect at all. A complete and utter waste of money. I wrote and asked for some advice on how to use it and was sent a copy of the description of the product from their website which wasn't very helpful. Anyway, I'm sure a lot of their other products are good and the customer service is definitely good - they respond to emails quickly and the delivery is fast and reliable. If only the product lived up to the description.”
“I was anticipating receiving a refund because I had an issue with the transaction. When I contacted them about it, they responded, but I never got my money back. They said that the refund had been processed after I supplied them my bitcoin address. I examined my bitcoin wallet, but nothing was there. It's a shame, really. These guys often deliver quality work. But my money was never reimbursed. A screenshot of the precise transaction for which a refund was due is attached, as well as screenshots of my whole transaction history going all the way back to the time I originally opened my account.”
