“Star – Very poor service, no communication
I placed an order with Hudson Marine and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. My order was never dispatched, and despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response at all.
There was no tracking information, no update, and no explanation. I am now left chasing both my order and my money, which is unacceptable for a business selling marine equipment.
A company should at least communicate with its customers, even if there is a delay. Ignoring emails completely shows a lack of professionalism and customer care.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Hudson Marine and would advise others to be very cautious before ordering.”
“Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered and paid for item early August. Told item would be in stock and ready to despatch in days. Many emails and voicemail messages ignored without reply after 2 months. Then this ..(see emails below). I can only suggest you avoid this company like the plague.”
