“I was very happy with the service provided for two party wall notices involving dealing with other surveyors. Prompt and clear communications and Simon did particularly well dealing with a difficult issue. Recommended!”

“Right from the start Simon took the time to explain things thoroughly and stayed in constant contact throughout the process. Everything went quickly and smoothly which was not a given considering we were dealing with a local council as the other party.”

“Had a good experience with Simon. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and honest. We had to make some minor changes to our drawings which Simon picked up on so thankful for that. He was quick to respond and followed up on any questions I had. Would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a surveyor. Thanks again.”
